聖靈可以住在我們裡面嗎？

有一段大家耳熟能詳的經文

父有像人一樣可觸摸的骨肉身體；子也一樣；但聖靈沒有骨肉的身體，而是一個靈體的人。若非如此，聖靈就不能住在我們裡面。
人可以接受聖靈，它可以降臨在他身上而不停留在他身上。(教約130：22-23)

聖靈到底可不可以住在我們裡面？

What does it mean for the Holy Ghost to dwell in us? First be it noted, the scriptures say that God, meaning the Father, "dwelleth in us," and that "he that dwelleth in love dwelleth in God, and God in him." (1 John 4:12-16.) Be it remembered also that the same applies to the Son. "Christ liveth in me," Paul said. (Galatians 2:20.) And also: "Christ may dwell in your hearts by faith." (Ephesians 3:17.) And yet again: "Jesus Christ is in you, except ye be reprobates." (2 Corinthians 13:5.) Then the scriptures say that "the Holy Ghost has not a body of flesh and bones," as do the Father and the Son, "but is a personage of Spirit." To this is added the somewhat enigmatic statement: "Were it not so, the Holy Ghost could not dwell in us." (D&C 130:22.) Knowing as we do that the Holy Ghost is the Minister of the Father and the Son—appointed by them, because he is a spirit, to perform a specialized service for men—the meaning of these passages becomes clear. No member of the Godhead dwells in us in the literal sense of the word, but all of them dwell in us figuratively to the extent that we are like them. If we have "the mind of Christ" (1 Corinthians 2:16), which we receive by the power of the Holy Ghost, then Christ dwells in us. If the love of God abides in our souls, which love is a gift of God that comes by the power of the Holy Ghost, then God dwells in us. In some way beyond our comprehension, all of this is possible by the power of the Holy Ghost.

 Doctrinal New Testament Commentary

"The Holy Ghost has not a body of flesh and bones, but is a personage of Spirit. Were it not so, the Holy Ghost could not dwell in us. A man may receive the Holy Ghost, and it may descend upon him and not tarry with him." (D. C. 130:22-23.) The Holy Ghost as a personage does not inhabit the bodies of mortal men, but that member of the Godhead dwells in a man in the sense that his promptings, the whisperings of the Spirit, find lodgment in the human soul. When the Holy Spirit speaks to the spirit in man, the Holy Ghost is thereby dwelling in man, for the truths that man then gives forth are those which have come from the Holy Ghost. "Therefore it is given to abide in you; the record of heaven; the Comforter; the peaceable things of immortal glory; the truth of all things; that which quickeneth all things, which maketh alive all things; that which knoweth all things, and hath all power according to wisdom, mercy, truth, justice, and judgment."
